Bristol Colts Receive Town Commendation

On Wednesday July 15th, the Bristol Colts received a special commendation from the Town of Bristol for their achievements as RI State Champions.

in proud recognition of the teams achievement as Rhode Island State Champions.
The Bristol Youth Soccer Association has always been a source of pride for the Bristol community. The hundreds of participants; volunteers, coaches, athletes, parents, and families are well deserving of the many accolades the organization has received due to the excellence of its program in service to our youth. This year, again as in the last, our community is particularly proud to recognize the achievement of Bristol Youth Soccers Girls U12 Bristol Colts as State Champions.
As the duly elected representatives of all of the citizens of the Town of Bristol, the Honorable Town Administrator and Honorable Town Council of said Town of Bristol, State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, individually, collectively, and by these presents, extends greetings and offers sincerest congratulations to Bristol Youth Soccer. We applaud its many successes, and express admiration for its many contributions to youth activities and athletics in Bristol; and further extend best wishes on behalf of all of the people of our Town to the team members of Bristol Youth Soccers Girls U12 Bristol Colts, to Coach John DaSilva, and to the entire Bristol Youth Soccer Association.
