Bristol Blaze Win Thanksgiving Tournament

Bristol Blaze U-8 girls won first place at the Thanksgiving Tournament held at Wide World of Indoor Sports.

They won all of their games, defeating Cumberland, Lincoln and Pawtucket to put them in the Championship game vs. Pawtucket.

The game was 1-1 and went into overtime, no goals in overtime which led to a penalty kick shoot out. Emily Medeiros was in goal and blocked all of the Pawtucket shots and Jackie Teixeira put in the winning goal for Bristol!
